About the Role

We are looking for an outstanding Analytics Manager who is able to understand the language of data and uncover key insights that will help to identify opportunities for improvement and drive actionable strategies. This superstar will serve as the resident expert on how we leverage data and help to evaluate and keep track of campaign objectives/KPIs with recommendations for improvement. The Analytics Manager is a key communicator/collaborator and will be best friends with our internal media and client side teams in helping to facilitate the success of media campaigns.

Critical Skills

  • 2-5 years experience in data analysis, analytics, and/or business intelligence, ideally in advertising 

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and investigative skills

  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights - a.k.a. translate data into English

  • Proficiency in creating presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

  • Ability to multitask

  • Has a general understanding of media planning and buying

  • And above all – A positive, can-do, and customer-centric attitude towards your work
