About the Role

We are looking for a jack-of-all-trades Ad Operations Manager who will manage the day to day ad operations process. This superstar will serve as the resident expert on all things trafficking and tagging related and will be able to provide recommendations for campaign improvement. The AdOps Manager is a key cross team communicator/collaborator and will be best friends with our internal media team and client side teams in helping to facilitate the success of media campaigns.

Critical Skills

  • 2-5 years experience in ad trafficking and campaign management 

  • Traffic and QA campaigns/creatives across all digital platforms

  • Pull campaign reports and assist with presentations

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and investigative skills

  • Experience working in DCM, Sizmek, or other 3rd party ad serving platforms

  • Proficiency in creating presentations to communicate findings and recommendations

  • Has a general understanding of media planning and buying

  • Attention to detail

  • Pro-active problem solver and solution seeker

  • And above all – A positive, can-do, and customer-centric attitude towards your work
